Rental Accounting Software

Sanjeev Sharma
Posted

I manage a few properties commercial condos and single family residential.  I one a few of these myself and manage the rest for friends and family.  I am looking of an thorough accounting software, where I can track

1. All income received by a specific property

2. All Deductables that I can take towards tax filing

3. General idea of the cashflow and is positive or bledding

I have a ton other, lets me see how the knowledgeable folks here respond.

Quickbooks or Stessa would be 1 & 2 for me. If you have a multi-member LLC, quickbooks would be at the top of the list as it's easier to produce a balance sheet
