Looking for Insurance in MKE
I haven't seen this posted here recently.
Has anyone found a reliable insurance provider in Wisconsin that offers competitive rates for landlords? I am currently with Farmers on one of my rental properties, and they are driving me crazy. So I am hoping to crowdsource some knowledge.
Also, as always, I am looking for deals and partners!

I use country financial and encova. I just switched one property over to encova so can't say much. But country financial has treated me pretty good with rates at least. $1350 a year for a duplex on average.
