RV Rental Help

I recently bought an RV to rent on a Lot i had bought to rent as a RV pad. I didnt have any luck finding a renter on the lot for awhile since my pricing ($500, then 400) was a bit higher then what was in the area (300-350s) . And there was Several RV parks within quarter mile. I thought people would like their own lot and privacy. Well i ended up purchasing an RV and renting that out for 600$ a month + a sec deposit. My tenant gave me 6 months down. But as soon as they move in issues start coming up. Either i bought a lemon or these things have a lot of issues. I got it off market place overall it was in better condition then alot of the ones i took a look at. No wet soft spots / leaks etc. As the tenant moved in the first week like 5 things pop up ( leaks/ Water heater not working and several other small things) the total was 800$ i found a local guy to repair them but his labor plus trip charges and parts are racking up, and hes cutting us a deal because his per trip charge is $125 Range. Anyway im wondering if most people just dont deal with RV as rentals and just do the lots or did i just get a lemon RV. Let me know.
