Fire Pit Policy
I am in the process of converting my previous residence into a long-term rental. I built a fire pit while living in this home and am not sure what to do with it now that the home will be a rental. Can I leave it as-is and create an outdoor fire pit addendum or would it be best to remove the fire pit stones and leave the pea gravel area as just an outdoor seating area? I fear if I do this, tenants may still see it as a perfect fire pit area and install their own... However, I would prefer not to remove the fire pit AND shovel all the pea gravel ti convert it back to grass... Would love to hear some recommendations!

That's too close to the house anyway....I'd get rid of it. Better safe than sorry.....
