DSCR Loan with 15% down payment

Hi,

Does DSCR with 15% downpayment has significant more fee, charges, interest rates, points, prepayment penalties etc. compared to 20% loan. Any good DSCR lenders I can get in touch. Where I can find good DSCR lenders list to contact. How to compare their numbers apples to apple. Please advise
