If you self-manage, what’s the one part of the process that feels the most time-consuming or frustrating lately?
(For some it’s maintenance… for others it’s communication or staying on top of compliance.)

I’m asking so I can better understand what owners in our market are dealing with — and maybe compare notes with a few of you.
