Property Management Quick Question

Being involved on both the transaction side and the management side has made one thing clear tenant quality matters more than almost anything else.

In markets like Greensboro/Winston, I’m seeing owners do fine even with tighter margins when screening is solid and expectations are clear upfront.

For landlords:

• What’s been harder lately finding tenants or managing them?

• Has anyone shifted to placement-only or hybrid management instead of full-service?
