bookkeeping setup challenge

we've got 7 units, 6 properties, mostly student rentals with multiple tenants per unit. we use baselane.com for bookkeeping. Rent is paid via Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, and ends up in 1 of 2 checking accounts. I've had a hard time explaining to a bookkeeper how to know which payment is from which tenant, by just looking at the bank deposit. I usually have to see the zelle email or check the venmo or paypal account to know who the sender was, but I can't share those logins with a bookkeeper. These are the small practical challenges that I find making prop mgmt really difficult for us to operationalize. I'd like to move to ACH with recurring auto-deduct, but have others solved for our situation? Appreciate any feedback.

The best way is to move to ACH, and a prop management software. This will allow people to pay on time, get a notice when rent is due and if it is late. This will go into the right trust accounts and all! This is the best way to do it will be a lot more professional along with getting your bookkeeper the right info.
