granite vanity and kitchen granite counter tops
Need to install a 60 inch vanity with granite or other cheaper option in the upstairs bathroom. Also I need to install a 58 inch vanity with granite or other cheaper option in another upstairs bathroom. Need to install a granite kitchen countertop (or any cheaper for 1700$ rent per month property in this area) as well approximately 20 square feet. Any stores where I can buy these at cheaper and better prices. Also need cabinets as well. This project is in are where my PM says rent anticipated 1700$. I have a handyman who can install it who is currently working on my Rehab. I spoke to some store nearby where they need like 2 weeks to deliver. I like to stay lower budget as I already overspent 40% more than my original budget. Any good stores or resources who can supply. Please advise
