Utility bills - what would you do?!

Hi Guys,

I have a 4 plex in Akron, OH that I just transferred to a new property manager. They got all units rented within a matter of a week, which was awesome! But they failed to charge the tenants utilities besides electric and internet (leaving me with gas, water, sewer, trash). I had marked on the property management agreement for the complex that tenants were to pay all the utilities. The leases are signed and 3 of 4 tenants have moved in already! What would you do! I'm rather upset as it seriously decreases our cash flow and again, I had indicated otherwise on our agreement.... help!

@Katie Sorensen I would say that if you have it in writing, the PM owes you for utilities that aren't being paid for by the tenants.
