Posted My Property for rent, last 24hrs I have had 35 inquiries Via Facebook marketplace

- Am I doing something WRONG?

- Should I show the home to EVERYONE that wants to see it, and charge everyone an application fee? All 35 people?

@Charlie Moore Facebook marketplace is full of tire kickers. They just push the "is it available" button and move on.

I set up an open house, let everyone know when it is, and then see who shows up. I've had great success with this method.
