Commercial Management Administration Costs
When billing a tenant for contracted work like lawn care, electric, water, and snow removal do you charge a percentage for administration costs? For example charge 10% of the lawn care bill for a management fee. What percentage do you charge? and what services do you add this fee too? thank you.
