Property Management Recommendations

Hello Everyone!! After about 3 years of listening to the BP Podcasts, my wife and I finally decided to pull the trigger on a rental property and had our offer accepted!  As we move closer to closing we are both beyond excited! After much time and thought, we have decided to inquire about property management services.  We live in the Augusta, Ga region and would love recommendations from the BP community as well as any pros/cons you've had with property management.
