This MASTERMIND RETREAT in Costa Rica is for high-level investors that have over 5-years of experience and that either own 50 or more properties or have done 50 or more real estate deals and are continuing to do deals.

Why so many? Well, this mastermind group is for experienced investors to be around other experienced real estate investors in order to support each other in developing systems and scaling their businesses. The minimum number of deals is 50, however, most of the people who attend this mastermind group have done hundreds of deals.

We have been hosting these retreats for the past 4 years and I can tell you that they are life changing. 

What to expect at the retreat?

At these retreats, experienced investors will network with other high-level investors that would like to level up their real estate businesses in an awesome atmosphere. Networking is great, but it is even better in a relaxed environment surrounded by great people and sharing new experiences.

Each person or partnership is able to breakdown their business to the group and get constructive feedback from people who have probably experienced the same challenges that you are experiencing in business. This has proved to be some of the most valuable time that is spent at the mastermind retreat.

Retreat Activities

Too much work and no play is not good. So we mix work with some of the best play activities in Costa Rica. Whether its hiking the waterfalls and volcanos, or zip lining, or playing with the monkeys, or relaxing at the beach or getting a massage, Costa Rica has some of the most adventurous and relaxing things to do in the same in the same location.

Dates for the Next Mastermind Retreat

The next Mastermind Retreat will be April 20 - April 26. You will want to arrive at the San Jose airport and leave out of the Liberia airport. Here is the schedule.

• Arrive between noon and 3 pm and get settled.
• Monkey house - leave the property at 3:30 pm to go see the monkeys.

• 5:00 am Hike to watch sunrise at Cerro Tinajitas
• 7 am breakfast
• 8 am Business breakdown
• 9:30 Leave for the Chocolate Tour

Cost

The purpose of this mastermind retreat is to bring together high level investors to network with each other and learn from one another and to improve their businesses. Therefore we don't charge very much for the Mastermind Retreat. The price covers the costs of the food, lodging, transportation, the staff, and all of the excursions. We also keep the number of participates to between 15 and 18 people.

Individual in a shared room is $3400

Individual in a private room is $4500

A couple in a private room is $4900
