Is there a calculator for short-term rentals?  Or any suggestions on how to determine how a property will perform as one?

Hey @Jennifer Lopez, here is a spreadsheet you can start with that I used and have shared on BP for a long time.  ADR and occupancy rates can been found from tools such as Everbooked and AirDNA.
