2023 Most Attractive Markets?

I'm looking to invest in a STR in a growing market, ideally one on the west coast that features nearby snowboarding and scenic views. I'm also curious about underappreciated beachfront. Any markets you think seem interesting?

 I may be bias just because I'm in Texas but there's a good amount of beachfront for a decent price compared to California, Oregon, and Washington.  Look into Corpus Christi, South Padre Island, and Galveston. While these places aren't as beautiful as some West Coast locations, they offer tourism, beach front, decent price, and are generally warm year round.
