STR Property Management Software
Hi all! I was hoping to get some recommendations for property management software that allows me to run specific reports, accounting, maintenance orders, and operations. I know App Folio is a good one for traditional rentals, but does anyone use software that is specific to STR? Thank you!

Hey @Marissa Biddle, are you a PM now? Or an owner of a single place?
If you have a single place, then all that is pretty easy to do with a simple spreadsheet. Even for multiple rentals.
Like above asked, I'm not sure if you have one of multiple STRs... but we personally use Guesty to manage our 22 properties, and we haven't had any problems!
I use Ownerrez. It has various features you can bolt on.
Most of them all do the same thing! And most have a free trial period. Try a couple out and see what you like best.
Hospitable is very easy to use and has a similar look as VRBO.
Guesty For Host is also a popular one, easy to use
Owner Rez is very robust, lots of bells and whistle. Hard to navigate.

I have been using Guesty for a few years now, but thinking of switching. Still searching for alternative.

Why are you thinking of switching? What don’t you like? Are you using Guesty for Pros or for Hosts?
