Str property manager

Need recommendations for property manager of an Airbnb that we own in Kissimmee, Florida

With our current management company there are too many maintenance costs involved that don't make much sense. We have spoken to him couple of times but for a couple of months it's fine and then again we start seeing such unnecessary charges.

It’s a 3 br and 2.5 bath townhome with pool in a gated community

We are fine with the regular maintenance charges for pest and pool but the other charges like drain and dishwasher or thermostat reset, these kinds we see almost every month. Apart from his monthly fee of $150 he gets 15% from each booking and on top of these repairs every month add up to a lot!


 It makes sense, this could be inefficient management for sure.  For example we have instructions on each house to have the guest or cleaner reset thermostat to avoid having to charge a trip charge etc.
