Str property manager
Need recommendations for property manager of an Airbnb that we own in Kissimmee, Florida
With our current management company there are too many maintenance costs involved that don't make much sense. We have spoken to him couple of times but for a couple of months it's fine and then again we start seeing such unnecessary charges.
It’s a 3 br and 2.5 bath townhome with pool in a gated community

It makes sense, this could be inefficient management for sure. For example we have instructions on each house to have the guest or cleaner reset thermostat to avoid having to charge a trip charge etc.
