Book Recommendations for STR
I am new to the forum but am trying to learn as much as I can before making my first investment. I am wanting to buy a single family home in Lexington, KY and VRBO/AirBnB it. First question, is there any book you recommend reading on STR? Secondly, if you have any advice I would welcome it. Thanks I look forward to reading your responses and learning more.

1-Look at some of the top contributors in this STR forum(Colin, Andrew, etc) or someone that you think is interesting.
2- Check out their “profile” and look at all the forums they’ve either started or contributed to. If it sparks any interest, read such forum.
3- Hopefully that led you down “rabbit holes” in which you gained an understanding
4- start asking more detailed questions
