Hello to all STR investors. I live near the Milwaukee area and would love to meet with someone who lives near the area that owns and operates successful STR. I'd like for my potential STR to be a vacation home as well, so long distance will most likely be realistic. Would also love to hear where current STR are thriving in the U.S.
