STR home insurance

Hi everyone, 

I'm looking for recommendations on condo home insurance specifically for STRs. I currently have proper, but due to many claims in our building with other owners, they are choosing to not renew my policy. Curious on what other companies people are using for STR specific home insurance. Thanks

Farmers Insurance has a vacation rental division called Foremost.
I work with a local Farmers agent, great service and have Foremost for my STR and LTR.
