Short term / Mid Term Leases

Anyone using a particular lease or software for Weekly rentals.  I have traditionally only done 30 day leases but I seen a post where someone was doing a weekly lease and I am interested in potentially doing the same.

    Agree with John, you can just use a booking platform like Airbnb, VRBO or ideally both.  You can have a guest agreement made as well, but most dont.
