Looking for Superhost for STR Arbitrage Model (with Profit-Sharing option)

Is there an Airbnb Superhost who would like to work with one of my friends in an Airbnb Arbitrage model? My friend is willing to bear the initial upfront cost (i.e. 1st month's rent + deposit + furniture/furnishings) And the Superhost/Co-host will be responsible for managing operations such as listing, pricing, guest communication and coordination with the cleaners etc. It will ideally be a profit-sharing model. Hit me up if anyone is interested and I can connect. Preferred locations near Alpharetta, Buckhead, etc. My friend wants to be a passive investor.

 Why not get a boots on the ground local PM that is licensed and insured?
