Currently in NYC - Seeking some advice and tips on STRs in the Catskill, Hunter, Tannersville region. I'm very early on in the search to find a Cabin, and would love any information on the region.

Hey Stephen, I would recommend you to connect with a local agent in that market that has verifiable STR experience. They should be able to guide you through not only best performing areas but also the zoning legalities, etc. There is an agent finder tool near the top of this page, and I also recommend you to join some groups on Facebook that are for local hosts.
