Destin STR logistics questions

Taylor Hassel
Posted

Hi all,
We are closing on a property next week in Destin and I am going to begin setting up my Hospitable account. I was considering using Turno to find our cleaners. We will be managing remotely, but do have the opportunity to meet them in person next week.
My question is around the logistics, do most only have one cleaner that they consistently have auto clean the place? Or do you rotate between 1-3? I am curious around how you logistically approach this as I know a great cleaner can make or break my business.
Thanks for you help!

In my experience cleaners last 1-18 months.  If they are good (to start with) they pick up business relatively quickly and do not scale properly and quality goes down.  I would not rotate them but you should have backups on deck.
