Myrtle Beach area STR

Looking into a smaller sized unit, 2-3 bed condo.   Which areas are better and get more weeks filled?  Closer to beach or golf courses?  Realistically, how many weeks could I expect to fill with a updated unit?

Search for a condo in Myrtle beach and you will see they are a dime a dozen.

I have rented one there several times for cheap because there are so many to choose from.
