Alternative responses to general inquiries

I have been experimenting with some alternate, more humorous or personal responses to various inquiries, as opposed to mundane, information-only posts.  Prospective guests seem to like it, and booking rates are markedly higher.

Some examples:

"I am considering your cabin for our anniversary."     RESPONSE:  "Congratulations on your anniversary!  Let's do this!"

"Are there fish in the creek?"  RESPONSE:  "Yes!  But they don't like being caught!"

"Is the cabin on a mountain top!"   RESPONSE:  "You betcha, but it's no hill for a climber! (or a regular car)

"Is there a water park nearby"  RESPONSE:  "Yes, but the kids will prefer the free 500 feet of water park in your backyard."
