STR Partnerships & Collaboration Opportunities in Florida
Hi I'm CJ, a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area with a background in co-hosting, and short-term rental management. I'm currently focused on building a business around helping absentee owners uncover opportunities through STR partnerships, co-hosting, rental arbitrage, and traditional real estate.
I’m realizing I don’t necessarily want to build every piece of this alone and would love to connect with investors, operators, or people actively building in the Florida market. I enjoy the relationship side — outreach, identifying opportunities, and creating win-win solutions.
