Looking for multi-state real estate accountant

Archimedes Jao
Posted

We are looking for a real estate accountant in New York that can help with our primary residence on Long Island and with our two short-term renal properties in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Does anybody have any suggestions or recommendations?

Hey @Archimedes Jao - I'm actually on Long Island. The firm I work with (Aiola CPA) is nationwide as @Andrew Steffens stated. Although I'm local to you, the CPAs on the tax forum are all nationwide.

Local is never necessary, but it helps in some cases. We often suggest making sure the CPA you work with is proficient with all state filings, so working with a virtual tax firm (like Aiola and 99% of the other CPAs on the BP forum) is completely normal/suggested
