Airbnb cleaning service in Washington, DC

We have a two unit rowhouse on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. We've been doing quite well Airbnb-ing our lower unit, but we're soon moving overseas and are considering keeping it a short-term rental. Does anyone have any recommendations for a cleaning service in DC that specializes in short-term rentals? Ideally we're looking for someone who is able to turn around the unit same day, in order to maximize occupancy. The rates I'm seeing are around $130 per cleaning for a 1bd/1ba, which eats a good chunk of revenue on short stays. Thanks in advance.

I am also in a ski resort town and pay $40 for a one bed one bath. What has worked really well for us is having an individual that we know and trust clean instead of a service.  Not only do we know what goes on in our unit, but then we're not paying for the overhead of a company. The only downside is having to have a backup in case our normal gal gets sick or goes on vacation.
