Hey thanks! I'm in Fort as well. I don't own or invest in this market for several reasons mainly because my sponsors and mentors aren't attracted to this market. We focus on the Sunbelt states where net migration is taking place along with other economic drivers and favorable demographics for better returns.

Wow thanks! I appreciate that. I'm invested in other markets. The demographics and economic factors here aren't where my sponsors are interested. We focus on emerging markets like cities in the sunbelt states. The cap rates and returns are just higher in those areas.

Hey thanks! And absolutely! My portfolio is distributed over 3 properties in Park Hills, Missouri. My sponsors focus on emerging markets in the Sunbelt states. Looking at Kentucky, Texas and Florida now.

Yea I get that, there are certainly markets with more favorable conditions out there. We focus mainly on house hackers here, where investing in Fort Collins/ Denver offsets your living expenses and gives you more of that mullah back in your pocket. I might be interested. That's an interesting concept. As far as investing we only buy 100 units plus but as for living and saving its a great idea to house hack 😀
