New guy from Minnetonka Mn

Hi All,

My name is Dave Kelly. I'm a retired Navy Chief currently living in Minnetonka MN. Originally from Traverse City Mi, and my wife and I are trying to sell our home here and move to Grand Haven Mi. We are going to build a new home there and thats where I would like to start getting into the Real Estate community full time. I want to start looking for single family rentals to buy and hold to begin with and work my way up from there. I've had experience doing everything from basic masonry to running warehouses here in Minnesota in addition to my Navy experience.

I got into real estate investing almost by accident. I own my home in Minnetonka, have another one currently out on a contract for deed just north of Rochester Mn. I have a vacant piece property on Lake Petenwell Wi., in addition to the land we just bought in Grand Haven.

Looking forward to a whole lot more learning and doing from here on out. Sorry if this is a little long, I'll be more concise next time.
