New here, eager learner!

Hi all,

I recently developed an interest in flipping homes and I’d like to learn all I can before I take my first step. This includes how to find a property, build a team, finances & other related necessities. I was hoping to be nudged toward resources specifically for Georgia residents, USA. I live near University of Georgia, where I also studied. I’m acutely aware of the housing markets in three surrounding counties where I live. Any tips/pointers appreciated. Any legit video seminars/ courses for learning everything about flipping is also appreciated. Thank you!!!

PS I’m not new to real estate. My husband & I own several businesses in India.
