Hello all, excited to be here and learn/network/collab/and JV with some of you all:)
Checking-in from Atlanta, GA and looking forward to learning here. I'm in the middle of my first deal and looking for my next one. Currently building capital now wholesaling, then planning to go into ST/LT...and try a little bit of everything till I find my niche. Shoot me a message if you're interested in a JV and don't mind training through the process. I also don't mind being your boots on the ground if able. It would be a good learning experience for me.
