New Member in DFW area looking to connect and learn

Hey Y’all! So happy to have found Bigger Pockets. My brain is on overload with all the great information. I have some stock market investments but I want to diversify more. I want to own property that brings in some cash flow that will supplement my current W2 job with the goal of retiring early. I’d like to build a small but mighty portfolio. I have a rough business plan that is a work in progress. I am hoping to connect, learn, and  share with others so that we can all grow and learn.
I would really like to buy my first property in Hochatown, OK. I vacation there several times a year renting a cabin via VRBO and ABB. This is a great area and it’s always hopping!
