Hey Steven! I live in Sandy. My friend, Brad Ellis, is a Structural Engineer in Lehi. My friend, Bart Dallin of Cloud 9 Creations, is a general contractor in your area. I haven't used Bart yet but he has a ton of experience. He grew up doing this stuff following his father's footsteps.
