Seeking advice from another country!
Hello community,
First of all, I'm so jealous of you having an amazing community like this, we don't have that in Denmark, which is where I'm from.
I'd like to shoot a long shot of hoping someone knows someone or can help me in any way. I plan on starting out next year with a small plug and play solution to have minimum risk. Area around Copenhagen. Copenhagen is too expensive.
I'm trying to assemble a team of the following:
- Carpenter
- Someone who knows the legal side and. is handy with tools + can talk to people.
- Me, I know the financials. I'm also willing to work on the homes, scout opportunities and negotiate deals.
- A fourth?
Please let me know what you would focus on or anything that can help.
