Hello!

My name is Christian and I am new to real estate investing and BiggerPockets. I am based in Chicago and am looking to start my real estate journey. Would love to connect with others that have experience or are also new and looking to grow.

I have both listened to the podcast and read some of the books produced by BP so it's been fun learning about different strategies people have used to expand and grow their portfolios. Would love to hear more experiences from others here as well!

Hi Christian!

I am somewhat new to Bigger Pockets, but not new to real estate investing. I am in the Indianapolis market, just south of you. Our market is still great, great pricing, and a solid opportunity to acquire off-markets as i work with wholesale partners, but a very savvy agent that can negotiate well for STR or long term rentals and great with understanding the best possible options for an investment property. I work with a handful of repeat clients who have succeeded and profited very well with all exit strategies. Would love for you to consider Indy as a target area for investing in real estate. Fantastic opportunities with an abundance of redevelopment and restoring of classic, historical areas. Thanks! Gina
