Hello everyone. I'm Ellie Vera Cruz, a practicing dentist in the SF area. I chanced upon Brandon Turner's very informative article (How to buy a small multi family property: A case study) and immediately joined Bigger Pockets. I currently co-own a rental property out-of-state. I am hoping to broaden my very little knowledge about investing strategies to be able to expand my real estate portfolio. Joining this group seems the best way to do just that. I am looking forward to learning from you and with you.

Hi Eleanor,

Minh is right that I invest in the Phoenix area and so does Yuli. Come by the SF meetup if you can, it is this Thursday in downtown SF.
