Intro - Newbie Advice!
Hello! My name is Janelle.. I currently work as a dietitian, but I'm very excited to get started in the STR market (vacation rentals) with goals to expand into LTR once established down the line and pursue real estate investing full time. I'm new to the game and eager to learn. I would love any helpful resources or advice as a newbie- specifically in the areas of analyzing markets/ properties efficiently! Currently reading a few books (starting with Avery Carl) and looking to get my LLC set up! Any other books you might recommend? I would love to connect with you, hear your story and gain some wisdom along the way!
