I am selling my transportation business next year and plan to use the cash from the sale to replace my salaried income. I am interested in Commercial Multifamily Residential property, with plans to buy my first one in Texas if possible to develop the team needed to operate.
I have a Graduate degree with a minor in Real Estate , and owned REO Executives, Brokerage in Dallas from 2004 to 2009. I have sold over 1,000 homes as a Broker and sub-prime lender REO Asset Manager.
