I am a current teacher (middle school math, Boston) I will retire in about 4-6 years. I want to start my journey now so I am ready to commit full time when I retire. My Goals?

  1. 1. Purchase a rental property that pays for itself so each of my children can inherit a house. (my current home will be paid of in 2 years)
  2. 2. Flip houses or Income properties to fund lavish vacations / gifts and to help children pay off college loans.
  3. 3. Show my children the value of self wealth management.
