Hey there! 

I'm an 18-year-old licensed real estate agent in California who loves the idea of owning rental properties! I have been reading books about investing since I was 14 and am excited to get started! I would love to hear any advice any of you may have for me! I am eager to learn and committed to hustling and working hard!
