Hey guys, 

My name is Eric.

I am excited to be an official member of the BP real estate group. I have been listening to Mr. Money mustache and reading his material and others for a while. I own my own personal home, but want to invest in other investment properties mainly small multi fam. I have a small nest egg saved up that I’m ready to use as a down payment and some equity in my own home… I’d love to get started but I’m here looking for a mentor and more guidance as I never actually done this before and want to learn the exact steps from someone who has. I definitely need more of a network as I’m newer to the city as well. 

Please let me know if any real estate investment groups around the Tampa Bay Area or other online groups.
