Learning the Flip Side in Denver 🏠

Hi everyone,

My name is Antonio, and I’m based in Denver, Colorado. Most of my experience so far has been in marketing and renting apartments — I’ve had a lot of success using Facebook Marketplace to fill vacancies quickly and handle the whole process from listing to signing.

Now I’d like to learn more about the world of flipping houses. A couple of people I know here in Denver are already working on flips, and I’m interested in helping with marketing and showing, but I’m a complete rookie when it comes to this side of real estate.

I’d really appreciate any advice, tips, or lessons from those of you who are experienced with flipping in Denver (or in general). I’m especially curious about what works best when it comes to marketing flipped properties and getting them sold.

Looking forward to learning from you all and hopefully contributing where I can.

Thanks,
Antonio de Llamas
