New to real estate

Tyson Forshee
Posted

Hello my names Tyson, I am just starting out in my real estate journey. I've been interested in real estate since I was 15, watching Brandon turner on the bigger pockets podcast in the back of class or in my free time at home, I bought my first live in fix and flip at 19 years old/ house hack. it took me 10 months but I'm almost ready to refinance and pull some equity out of the property and roll it into a new fix and flip or BRRR if you will. I am primarily focused on single family at this time with the end goal being Mobile home parks once I have the experience and build up the capital. I'd love to hear any feedback or advice you may have for me! Happy Sunday!
