Hi, excited to introduce myself. Live in Sacramento and want to learn more about real estate investing. I am researching the mid west for locations that fit my buy box.

    @Andy Selby,

    Welcome! The Midwest is a great place to start - strong cash flow, affordable entry points, and stable rent demand. Markets like Akron & Canton, OH and Columbus, GA (although SE) are especially solid right now with turnkey options and motivated sellers offering incentives. Great areas to start building your portfolio while learning the ropes.

    Always happy to chat more about what's worked for other investors. Best of luck!
