Not my first rodeo, but realize I need a lot of advice and help to keep going.
Moving from Huntsville, AL to Lake County, FL. Looking to buy a distressed property to rehab and flip. The market in Florida seems really different from Huntsville, AL area. I have flipped 4 different properties in the past, but it looks like there are more investors who are already ahead of me in this market. Any advice on how to find property's in this area would be appreciated.
