I wish I'd known about passive real estate investments, and I wish I'd known that you can go in on these with others through an investment club.
I invest $5K a month in passive investments through a co-investing club. We meet on a Zoom call, vet the investment together, and any members who want to invest in it can do so with $5K or more.
When I first started investing, I went out and bought up 15+ rental properties without a mentor or coach. My youthful arrogance came back to bite me, as I made every mistake in the book. I later unloaded all those properties for a huge loss, and now I only invest passively.
