Hi my name is Connor Long, I'm 20 years old and I live in Melbourne Florida (Space Coast), I always been attracked to real estate and now I'm really wanting to put the steps forward to better myself and my family in the future. I dont have a property yet... it is something I would love to aquire and I really want to get into real estate and would love any help or recomendations you guys have. I've seen these great ways to start, and it seems wholesale is the "easiest" way to get started. But how?

Hello @Connor Long - Were I 20 and interested in real estate at that young age (envious), I'd be looking to house-hack a duplex, triplex or quad. I'd find a distressed property somewhere I'd be reasonably OK living for the next year, that has at least 1 livable unit. I'd buy it, improve it, and a year later I'd refinance to get the money to buy the next one - and I'd repeat that ever year for the next 10 years. Then as a 30 year old multi-million, I'd find a hot 22 year old, get married (prenup) and start a family :)
